  2.   For now, GUN requires a VGA monitor and card, 640
  3.   x 480 and at least DOS 3.3. The underpinning of
  4.   any good picture application is the viewer. GUN
  5.   uses GDS, and it is supplied in zipped form. While
  6.   it is being distributed as a shareware version, I
  7.   would encourage you to register the product.  The
  8.   package is being distributed with the express
  9.   consent of Phase II Electronics and Bob Holland.
  10.   My only restriction is that the viewer is
  11.   distributed in unaltered form, thus the actual
  12.   included file is GDS111.zip. You will have to use
  13.   PKunzip to unpack. This can be found on Disk 1.

  15.     This product currently has about 50 GIF images. 
  16.   There is no limitation on the numbers of pictures
  17.   that can be stored or manipulated. An Unregistered
  18.   GDS will only catalog 500 pictures to the current
  19.   screen and only support up to 640x480 resolution.
  20.   The registered version can handle 1024 x 768. Read
  21.   the GDS documentation for further details about
  22.   the viewer.

  24.     The product is a command bar program: simply
  25.   select the desired function and press <Enter>.
